I am a musician, percussion player, performer, artist, teacher and designer .
For the past 20 years I’ve been performing in various ensembles with many musicians and artists.
I hold percussion workshops and designs Tribal Fusion costumes and accessories.
My teaching career started in 1999. I specialize in teaching a large variety of percussion instruments such as: Congas, Djambe, Darbuka, Dun-Duns and more in styles such as Cuban music, Brazilian, African and Eastern grooves.
In 2001 I started the "Tumbey" an drums and percussions trance ensemble originalpieces
In 2002 I created the youth group “Rosh Batata”. The group consisted of kids ages 10-17 that played a range of percussion instruments in traditional rhythms of African, Brazilian and Cuban style music.
Here you can view
In 2003 I performed with the group “Allegra” which played Ladino culture and Gipsy style music from Romania and Spain with Aliza aviv , Avia teri,Yaniv Raba.
and had my solo performance in an original dance show which combined Belly dancing and modern dance .
During the same time I took part in creating an innovative and interesting project which was guiding and teaching kids who faced learning difficulties in math and other school subjects using rhythm techniques
With all that in process, I was asked to teach a percussion class in a public school which I couldn’t refuse. So, since 2006 I’ve been teaching Stomp style and Body percussion classes in many different public schools which includes not only teaching but putting together different performances during the school year for different events and the end of the year ceremonies which I find most definitely challenging but so rewarding at the same time. Seeing those kids grow from never being introduced to the different unique instruments to playing them with so much passion, excitement and commitment is so gratifying.
Even though I enjoy teaching my true passion is my collection.
as well as creating, designing and developing
The Tribal Fusion Belly Dance line in israel which included the production of a Tribal Fusion Belly Dance Show.
The show incorporated my own performance of different percussion instruments with modern belly dancing.
The show took place at the "Suzanne dallal" dancing center in Tel-Aviv where the original Tribal Fusion Fashion Collection was born!
As you can see, my collection even though started as a costume made belly dancing costumes only, evolved by customers demand into a range of garments and accessories designed to dress everyday woman as well.
The belts I create are designed to accent and transform any simple outfit into out of this world look that cannot be found anywhere.
You’ll find that each piece made is like any other piece of art created by an artist, it’s uniquely made by hand with special attention and individuality.
my collection and designs are celebration of colors and multiculturalism.
